RYE PROJECT

Nearing completion! Our Rye project is coming to a close, with this recently completed deck & alfresco showcasing premium Blackbutt timber, a custom powder-coated stainless steel balustrade built for coastal durability and a striking floating staircase.

The balustrade features a concealed baseplate detail, with all fixings hidden beneath the decking boards, delivering a seamless, clean architectural finish designed to withstand the elements. We have also completed a full re-roof and re-clad of the home, along with extensive internal works, completely transforming the property from the ground up.

There’s still more to come, with a large north-facing alfresco and landscaping yet to be completed. What was once a run-down beach house is quickly transforming into a high-quality coastal home.
